I specialize in working with children and families to create sustainable growth and change.  From a relational and attachment-based approach my goal is to help you develop healthier communication and stronger relationships.

When working with children I specialize in challenging areas like school, family, relationships as well as navigating the various developmental stages in life.  I join their world through the delight of play.  Through play, I provide children with skills to cope with the challenges they navigate in their world, find and use their voice in what they experience, and shift them and their families back to balance.  In addition, I specialize in closely bridging understanding and improved parenting for caregivers in with the child’s work to build mutual understanding, and provide individualized education and skills that fit the unique needs of the child.

With individuals and families, I will use a variety of methods tailored to your individual needs to bring about self-understanding, skill building and navigating the complexities of childhood and adolescence. It will be tailored to your strengths as I interact with you with kindness, gentleness and authenticity.
